Welcome to the 2026 RSL Gear Drop, our employee merchandise program designed to give you more choice and flexibility in selecting RSL-branded gear. Each employee receives an annual allowance of $100 to spend on a curated collection of high-quality apparel and branded items that reflect our company values and identity. Choose the items that best fit your style and needs.
2026 Gear Drop Orders
The RSL Gear Drop remains open for employees with remaining 2026 credit. Any unused balance can be used until December 31, 2026. Please note that all new orders placed from October through December 2026, will be processed and delivered in 2027.
For our DIS team members, we haven't forgotten about you! Future Gear Drops will include DIS-branded merchandise, but for this first launch, we encourage you to take advantage of the program and pick up some RSL gear. As one united company, it's a great opportunity to show our shared team spirit.

Frequently asked questions
Can I top up with cash if my order is over $100?
At this time, our platform cannot support cash top ups on orders.
What if my order is less than $100, can I carry over the remaining balance?
No. Any unused balance will expire at the end of the calendar year, and your balance will be reset to $100 in January.
Can I make multiple orders throughout the year?
Yes. As long as the total of your orders over the year do not exceed $100, you can submit orders as often as you like.
When/how will I receive my order?
Orders will be placed with our supplier on a quarterly basis so you should receive your order at your branch approximately 4 weeks after the end of each quarter.
Will the selection of items ever change?
Yes! We plan to change some of the offerings annually to provide variety.
Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?
No. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted, unless they are still pending because the minimum order quantity has not been reached.
Is it possible to return or exchange an item?
No. Returns and exchanges are not available. Please ensure you select the correct item and size before placing your order
